It is a preparation of milk powder – obtained by spray drying with skim milk containing vegetable fat 

CREMOLACT

Preparation based on milk fat, obtained by spray-drying with fresh pasteurized cream, skimmed milk, whey and whey protein concentrate

MILK PROTEIN

It is a preparation of milk powder – obtained by spray drying of whey supplemented with skim milk.

YOGURT POWDER

Skimmed yoghurt powder produced by spray 
of sour bacteria: skimmed milk (Y 1 / Y 2 / YP), or the addition of skimmed milk whey (Y 3)
